Should a disaster strike our central station (such as a tornado), with one call we can forward our phone lines to SIMS's office in Plano, TX.  We can then begin monitoring our accounts from anywhere in the world.

Before becoming Disaster Recovery Certified we must test the process to ensure that the procedures work in the event of an emergency situation.
