Long story: ZipWhip, the SMS service Com-Linq Central Station has used since 2017, was purchased and is going away. Our central station automation only integrates with a few services, none of which let us continue to use our (800) 687-0668 as the number. The service uses a phone number in the same area code as our central station, but is NOT a number that terminates to a phone line….so if called, you will simply receive a busy signal.
