One of the alarm service clearinghouses was down from Thursday night, April 2, at 8:15pm until Friday, April 3, at 12:15pm. No signals were processed through them in over 12 hours. This includes fire and burglary alarms.

While their secondary site came back on-line in 16 hours, both sites and their web portal weren’t online until Sunday, April 5 at 5:15pm.

This was a nationwide outage.
