On Tuesday, April 16, 2024, Guard Tronic began the process of upgrading the phone system that feeds our receivers. The Adtran Atlas 550 that has served us well since 2004 is at end-of-life, so UL says we have to replace them.
Getting all the settings to match those in the Adtran has been tricky, so you may have experienced some communication errors if you still communicate to us via phone lines. These errors should clear quickly.
Communicators that communicate to us via IP, including most cellular communicators, were not bothered by the upgrade.
