Honeywell sent an email dated 03/28/2018 announcing a price increase.  Most services will increase by approximately 10%.  Their email states:

Honeywell Security is continuously evolving to provide competitive hardware and connected software solutions and you can expect AlarmNet to continue providing visionary leadership with a fast operating rhythm of product and service value added enhancements.   

AlarmNet continues to invest in its infrastructure that provides secure and redundant data centers that provide reliability and cybersecurity protection. Since our business began, we have steadfastly shielded our customers from economic pressures and price increases. At this time, however, it is necessary to implement price modifications.

A new pricing schedule is being implemented effective June 1, 2018 on a range of AlarmNet services. We need to incorporate price modifications to better align with the market and our data center demands that these services affect and the logistics required to meet these demands.

These price modifications will apply to all existing accounts and new accounts.
