AlarmNet, a cellular service provided by Resideo (formerly Honeywell, formerly Ademco) experienced a service impairment on Sunday, March 13.

Com-Linq Central Station provides three paths from Resideo’s clearinghouse in Syosset, New York.  We host two of their IP receivers.   A tertiary path is provided phone line into our SurGard System III receiver.   Our last signal received on our IP receiver prior to the impairment was received at 5:52pm.  The last signal on our phone line path was received at 6:56pm.

No signals were received for the next almost five hours.   The tertiary path started receiving signals at 11:38pm.   Our IP receivers finally came back on-line at 3:03am this morning.

Traffic is not at 100% yet, but it is being received.
