We have been informed by our AT&T representative that, because of all of the people working from home, their system is overrun. Many of the communicators that we monitor are receiving busy signals and unable to communicate to our monitoring station.
AT&T is aware of the problem and working on a solution.
As AT&T is one of two companies we use to provide our long distance service, not all communicators are affected all of the time.
If your system is showing a communication trouble, we recommend you update your system to a cellular or network communicator.
